MDLC, Le Miistère de la Culture, is a cultural association concerned with the production, and diffusion of a range of artistic experience, encouraging the emergence of new forms of artistic creation. It was formed in 1996 at Lorgues in the South of France.
Its activities include the whole spectre of cultural activity: exhibitions, theatrical productions, concerts, festival, creation of the recording label Bab-Ili.
